COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Our ecosystem thrives on transparency. This document clearly explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Stradaly app and website, and how you can freely manage them.

1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are saved on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit our site or use the Stradaly app. They act as a "memory" for web services: they allow the site to recognize you on subsequent visits, remembering for example not to show you the acceptance banner again after you have made a choice!

2. Which Cookies do we use?

To guarantee you a smooth digital journey, we divide our cookies into two simple categories:

Essential Cookies (Technical)

These cookies are strictly necessary for the basic operation of Stradaly. Without them, you couldn't access your account, view your itineraries, or securely save session data.

  • Login Session: They maintain your authentication state while you browse.
  • Consent Preferences: The stradaly_cookie_consent cookie remembers whether or not you have accepted this banner, preventing you from having to close it on every page.
  • Security: They protect your account and prevent fraudulent activity.

These cookies cannot be disabled by our systems, as the app would stop working.

Analytical and Performance Cookies

These cookies help us understand how travelers use Stradaly, what the most read pages in the Magazine are, and where the app appears to be slower or gives errors. All data collected by these cookies is aggregated and completely anonymous. We do not profile users to sell advertising.

3. How to manage your preferences

You have full control over your data. You can clear your cache or delete cookies at any time directly from your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  • Safari (iOS/Mac): Settings > Safari > Clear history and website data.
  • Firefox: Options > Privacy and security > Cookies and site data.

Warning: if you delete essential cookies, you will be logged out of your Stradaly account and lose your locally saved preferences.

4. Questions or Doubts?

Cookies are only a small piece of the privacy architecture. To discover in detail how we manage information regarding your travels, geolocation, and shared expenses, we invite you to read our complete Privacy document.
