Welcome to Stradaly! Before starting your engine and setting off on your next adventure, we ask you to carefully read these travel rules. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading our iOS app, accessing the website, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not use our services.
2. Your Account
To fully use the Stradaly ecosystem you must register an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Keeping your password secret.
- All activities carried out with your account.
We reserve the right to suspend your account in case of serious violations.
3. Content (UGC)
You can upload photos, write notes, and create itineraries. The fundamental rules are:
- Ownership: You retain all rights. We do not claim ownership over your photos or diaries.
- Ethics: Illegal, defamatory, violent content, or content that violates others' copyright is strictly prohibited.
4. Stradaly PRO (Subscriptions)
Stradaly offers a free basic plan and a Premium subscription to unlock infinite trips and exclusive badges.
Secure billing
Fully managed by the Apple App Store.
Renewal and Refunds
Renews automatically. Can be canceled up to 24h before. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
5. Limitation of Liability (Important)
Stradaly is a software application designed to facilitate travel planning. However, the real world is unpredictable.
"Stradaly and its developers are in no way responsible for delays, traffic accidents, roads closed due to snow, fines, wrong routes, or problems during your travels."
Always pay attention to actual road signs. Never use the app while driving!
6. Service Modifications
We are an agile team constantly working to improve Stradaly. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend (for maintenance) any feature of the app without notice.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and European Union regulations. Any legal dispute will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy.
