This Privacy Policy is drafted in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and aims to explain clearly and transparently what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it while you use our mobile application ("App").

2. Types of Data Collected and Purposes

We only collect data strictly necessary to offer you an optimal travel experience:

Registration Data

Email address, name and/or username to securely create and manage your account.

User Generated Content (UGC)

Itineraries, stops, expenses, checklists, and journals to organize and share your adventures.

Photos (Gallery)

Access requested only to customize your profile and enrich journals with your photos.

Contacts (Address Book)

EXCLUSIVELY to find friends already on Stradaly. We do not save or sell your contacts.

Financial Data (In-App)

Subscriptions via Apple. No access to the card, only anonymous transaction ID for verification.

Push Notifications

Device token to send you notifications about trips shared with friends.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We strongly believe in data minimization and protection. We would like to point out that:

We do NOT track your GPS location.

We do NOT use advertising trackers for marketing purposes or third-party profiling.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties (no transfer to Data Brokers).

4. Security

  • Secure Cloud Servers: Data stored and transmitted via encrypted connections on servers of leading providers.
  • Location (Europe): Servers in the European Union, compliant with GDPR regulations on data transfer.

5. Sharing

We share data ONLY with entities necessary for the technical functioning of the App:

  • Cloud Providers: For secure storage.
  • Apple (App Store): For secure management of payments (In-App Purchase).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You maintain complete and absolute control over your data. We guarantee:

  • Right to Erasure: Delete your account and all data (UGC) forever, directly from the App's Settings.
  • Access and Portability: Request the export of a copy of your data in a readable format.
  • Right to Rectification: Modify your data from the App or contact us to correct them.
